m8bets Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "m8bets" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated under the domain m8bets.biz and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an m8bets account.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the m8bets platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's m8bets account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional or bonus funds credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of bets that must be placed before a Bonus Balance or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or behaviour listed under Section 11 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which the current version of these Terms & Conditions applies.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the m8bets platform in any capacity — including registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or browsing the site — you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You have also read and agree to the m8bets Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that m8bets does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit.

3 Eligibility

Use of the m8bets platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. m8bets enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds held subject to review.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered m8bets account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with m8bets. Attempting to open a new account while self-excluded is a breach of these Terms.

m8bets reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of m8bets products and services, a Player must register a valid account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method.
• m8bets may require identity verification at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.

5 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. The following obligations apply:

6 Deposits

m8bets accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via the following locally supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your m8bets account and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are typically credited to your m8bets account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a delay occurs, the Player should contact support with the relevant transaction reference number.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being subject to review.
• m8bets does not charge fees for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which m8bets accepts no responsibility.
• m8bets reserves the right to refuse, hold, or return any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. The current minimum is displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
• m8bets aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Processing times for other methods may vary. In all cases, m8bets will endeavour to complete processing within 24 hours of a request being approved.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, m8bets may require the Player to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a government-issued NID or passport, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address.
• Withdrawals of funds derived from Bonus Balances are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being met in full before any withdrawal is permitted.
• m8bets reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any other irregularity associated with the account.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

m8bets may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, or other incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times constitute Prohibited Conduct.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within the time period specified for that promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• m8bets reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that any such change does not retrospectively affect a bonus already credited to a Player's account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash at face value, or used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, or exploitation of platform errors — will have bonus funds forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.

9 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the m8bets platform, including pre-match and in-play markets covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. m8bets reserves the right to correct any odds that are published due to a manifest error; bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at m8bets' discretion.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the system and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly made available for that market.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be handled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, as published in the m8bets betting rules documentation accessible from your account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, market type, and Player account status.
• m8bets reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects match-fixing, the use of automated betting software, or any other form of abuse.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Player must contact support within 30 days of the relevant event concluding. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

10 Casino Games

• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.

12 Responsible Gaming
